Who we are
Autism Connex is a fast-growing reputable charity group supporting more than 200 families in Taranaki. We have identified an urgent need to support our Autism community.
“The word I have coined in te reo Māori for autism is ‘Takiwātanga’. It is a derivation of my phrase for autism: “tōku/tōna anō takiwā” – “my/his/her own time and space”.
